Remember the excitement of being admitted to UCLA? Now’s your chance to share your enthusiasm and experiences with future Bruins!

Admitted transfer students and their families are coming to campus on Saturday, May 16, and this is our moment to shine! They’ll be touring our spaces, connecting with academic departments and campus resources, and getting their very first real taste of life here.

This day is all about energy, pride, and community — and we can’t do it without you. Your enthusiasm, knowledge, and welcoming spirit are what transform a visit into an unforgettable experience.

Let’s come together to showcase the very best of our university and make this a day our future students will always remember. We hope you’ll join us and be part of the excitement!

Volunteer tasks include:

• Greeting guests

• Directing guests around campus

• Supporting event staff behind the scenes

If you would like to volunteer, please sign-up before the Sunday, May 10 deadline.

Volunteers may sign-up to work 1 or more shifts on Bruin Day. We ask that you please check-in 10 minutes prior to your shift's start time to receive your volunteer T-shirt, nametag, and assignment instructions. If you are available to work 2 more more shifts, you will receive a discount meal coupon redeemable at ASUCLA restaurants on Bruin Day.
